If you are a mother who is finding that you don’t know who you are or what you like anymore, are yelling more than you would like, looking for connection to who you are as a person, or even if you are looking for who you are after the kids leave the house, this retreat is for you!
This retreat is designed to support you as you are pushed outside of your comfort zone, into discovery and awareness as you are guided on a journey to discovering who you are as a whole being, not labeled or fragmented. This restoration will allow you to create awarenesses toward becoming the human you are meant to be and allow you to reintroduce yourself to your family in a loving and authentic light.
