Meet Wendy Dinnerstein
When I am with horses all in the world feels right. The horses bring me to greater awareness and I feel more grounded and peaceful. Today I choose to share my life with horses , it really is a lifestyle. They offer a wisdom that I feel we all need in this world today. I partner with them to share this wisdom with you.
In my young life I developed strategies and limited beliefs that kept me safe in my family. However as an adult, these no longer served me. I had a very rewarding career at the time and to the outside world had accomplished success. My relationships lacked the depth and connection I desired. When I was independent and alone I seemed the picture of success, however slowly over time, the relationships, went south, and I felt lost and alone. I deeply desired a loving and close relationship with a partner, someone to share life with. I could have both a meaningful purpose in life and a marriage, couldn’t I, I asked myself? It felt beyond my grasp. In my 40’s after years of being independent, I had raised my daughter and had a successful career. I thought I was ready for a healthy relationship. After all, I had addressed issues from My Family of origin, I read every self-help book I could get my hands on , I’d done all the right things. Surely I was NOW ready for a healthy relationship. I met my third husband and married him after five years together. Fast forward 13 years into that relationship I was handed a portion of humble pie. I felt there was a wall that had been erected out of defenses. I discovered in my search for a meaningful way to contribute to society with my horses, the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method. In beginning this purpose driven goal, I began the journey to wholeness for myself. I discovered that no relationship could make me happy , except an authentic one with myself. I needed to take a deeper dive into who I was. Who knew in my search for meaning in my life I found myself. Bringing who I discovered into the same relationship enriched our union. I am passionate about helping you discover your JOY and peace.
The horses have been pivotal to my growth healing and finding the equine gestalt program that has given me the knowledge and training to partner with my horses to share what I believe is my purpose and gift. The process of doing my own work and understanding of my true self through experiential processing ,Gestalt ,allows me to bring my true self into my life and relationships. My life isn’t without its challenges. I do have a supporting relationship with my husband and, each day I wake to live my best life NOW! It is my desire to share that journey with others, and partner with horses to support you in living your best life NOW too! Horses have been sharing their wisdom with me for most of my life. The science of their intuitive power to read our energy is finally becoming known. Their reaction to my clients energy cues me to intuitively ask questions that lead my clients to their truth. Horses have a calming effect on most humans, they are gracious with their hearts.

Meet the Horses
Our Healing Herd
Nativo
Nate is a 15 yo PRE gelding. He has been trained in Classical Dressage. As a coach he is a stoic sensitive soul. He is powerful at holding space for a client who carries pain or trauma. He is highly sensitive and has a huge heart. He has been in my care for more than a decade and is the strength and heart of the herd. An Elegant and healing soul he is waiting to meet you on your journey.
Curioso
Curioso a dynamic young 7 YO Lusitano /Spanish horse from Canada. He became part of the herd as a 3 YO. He is a sensitive and curious guy. He’s quick to pick up on a clients changes in their emotional state. When a client is in fear or their mind and not present he will not partner up. His sensitivity is quite helpful in clueing me in on the emotional state of our client. Curioso is a sweet coach and will continue to grow as a coach as he matures. he prefers being at liberty so he can move away if he feels more comforable.
ROADIE
Roadie is a deliberate conservative coach. He is very compasionate with clients who are on a healing journey as he has been on one himself. He is very food motivated so we do not treat him. He loves hugs and gives them as well. He is ready to support you in your coaching session.

In my experience, we all have things in our lives we’d like to change. An Equine Gestalt Session may open doors you didn’t know were even available to you.
I own horses, will i benefit from an equine session?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, my relationship with my own horses deepened significantly after my first Gestalt session. I highly recommend Gestalt for horse lovers of all experience levels.
What if I'm afraid of horses?
You only need to interact with the horses to the level of which you are comfortable. If this means you only feel comfortable staying on the outside of the pen, then we stay on the outside of the pen. There is no riding and no horse experience is necessary.
